Overview of the HOBO MX100 Wireless Temperature Data Logger
The Onset HOBO MX100 is an economically priced, splash-proof, Bluetooth enabled data logger that measures and transmits temperature data wirelessly to mobile devices or Windows computers. The MX100 is an ideal product for a wide range of indoor temperature monitoring applications, especially those where immediate access to the devices might not be possible. Configuring the logger and viewing and downloading data can be done from anywhere within a 100-foot range, with no dedicated equipment beyond a mobile device or Windows laptop running the HOBOconnect app (available as a free download). The MX100 can monitor and record temperatures in the range of -30°C to +70°C (-22°F to +158°F). The logger is powered by a fixed (non-replaceable) battery which has a typical operating life of 1 year and up to 2 years when Power Saving Mode is enabled.
