Customer Questions
Are the Onset MX2300 series loggers compatible with Android tablets, or do they only work with apple products?
At this time they only work with iOS devices.  We have been told that an Android version of the app is scheduled to be released shortly.  We do not have an exact release date but we were told it is expected to be released in the next 1-3 months...
Does this support Bluetooth?
Yes, the only way to connect to this logger is with Bluetooth and using the free mobile app which is currently only available for iOS devices.  Android support is coming at the end of May.
Can I connect this device directly to my PC using USB, in case the wireless or the Bluetooth is not working?
No, the logger can only be accessed via the Bluetooth app on a mobile device.  From there you can forward the data to a desktop MAC/PC or to the cloud service.
