Customer Questions
I have this device and the hobo software down loaded. How do I change the recording interval? the instructions don't match the device or software.

Please make sure you downloaded and installed the correct software  which is HOBOware.  This software can be found on the product page for this product under the "manuals and resources" tab.

Also included on that tab is the instructions for the logger and the software.  It will walk you through how to configure the sample rate when you set up the logger for use.  If you continue to need assistance please contact our tech support team at 877-275-9606.

Is proprietary software required to read the values? Put another way, can I connect it to any brand of computer, and download a CSV file?

The logger requires that you use proprietary software to configure and view the recorded data.  The software is available as a free download form our website.  Once you open the data in the software you can view it there or export it as a CSV or PDF file.
