Software
LogTag Analyzer Software will be installed by your IT Department.
You will need to place two (2) IT tickets for Access:
- For the LogTag Analyzer 3 Software
- Access to the Shared Folder
Once tickets are closed, please reach out to your Regulatory Affairs Specialist or MA Training Coordinator for further assistance with set up.

Recalibration
It is suggested that you begin the recalibration process at least 1 month before the due date for recalibration. The due date for recalibration is 2 years after the calibration date noted on the back of the data logger and as noted on the Certificate of Calibration.
Before completing the form to Recalibrate the Data Logger(s), please obtain a PO # as a special order. You will need to enter 0000037055 for the supplier ID and the cost for the recalibration is $39.00. If multiple loggers are sent in, only add the price to calibrate one device and supply chain will adjust the cost.
