How the Returns RMA Process Works?

1. Complete this form with all the appropriate information.

2. Within 24 Business Hours of the form being received, a MicroDAQ Customer Service Representative will reach out to you via email. An RMA # will be issued and instructions on returning your products will be included.

Note: Shipping Costs of returning the product to MicroDAQ, LLC is the responsibility of the shipper.

3. Once the package is received, we will process the return and/or contact you if we have any questions.

Tariff Fees

Tariff fees may or may not be refundable at the discretion of MicroDAQ. If MicroDAQ deems that returned products are able to be resold as new we will refund the tariff fee. Generally speaking, the tariff fee won’t be refundable on special orders, opened box products, large quantity orders, or any products not returned in new condition.
