If you are dissatisfied with any product from MicroDAQ, LLC you may return it within 14 days of purchase (does not apply to special orders) for a full refund of the purchase price minus shipping costs. Customer is responsible for all inbound and outbound shipping/freight charges*. All items must be returned 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original unmarked packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CD’s, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Returns beyond 14 days will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a restock fee. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee up to but not limited to 25%. Non-stock items (special order) will be subject to a minimum 15% restock fee. For quantities of three (3) or more returned items, a minimum 15% restocking charge will be applied. You must contact us for an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number, prior to returning any items. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted. Failure to pay duties, taxes and fees does not constitute reason for return of product.

*If returning an item from outside the United States customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties, taxes, or fees by having them billed back to them.  MicroDAQ, LLC reserves the right to withhold a portion of the refund to cover these fees if applicable. 

All returns are shipped freight pre-paid, if you are an international customer and you are returning an item, you are responsible for the duties and taxes, please don’t use the option to bill recipient.

PLEASE NOTE: Many of our products contain lithium metal batteries.  Please consult your shipping carrier or local government’s export requirements to understand the rules and regulations required to ship lithium metal or lithium-ion batteries.  Customer is responsible for making sure packaging and shipping adheres to all federal and local laws.

The issuance of a Return Authorization does not guaranty a refund, exchange, and/or item replacement.  MicroDAQ, LLC adheres to individual manufacturer’s warranty guidelines and as such all warranty claims are subject to these individual policies.  Items being sent back on a warranty claim will be repaired or replaced at the sole discretion of that manufacturer.  In some cases the manufacturer will require that the item in question be returned to them for evaluation before deciding if the item will be repaired or replaced.  In most cases MicroDAQ, LLC does not send out advance replacements when a warranty claim is made.

How the Returns RMA Process Works?

 

1. Complete this form with all the appropriate information.

 

2. Within 24 Business Hours of the form being received, a MicroDAQ Customer Service Representative will reach out to you via email. An RMA # will be issued and instructions on returning your products will be included.

 

Note: Shipping Costs of returning the product to MicroDAQ, LLC is the responsibility of the shipper.

 

3. Once the package is received, we will process the return and/or contact you if we have any questions.
