Automotive Data Logging Solutions

Automotive engineers and researchers require data logging solutions that can handle extreme conditions, high-speed sampling, and simultaneous measurement across multiple parameters — all while delivering the reliable, time-stamped records needed for design validation, durability testing, and failure analysis. MicroDAQ carries the Measurement Computing WebDAQ series of internet-enabled data loggers, purpose-built for demanding test and measurement environments.

The WebDAQ line supports thermocouple temperature measurement, high-speed vibration and acoustic recording, and universal analog inputs — covering a broad range of automotive test applications including exhaust temperature monitoring, NVH (noise, vibration, and harshness) analysis, component stress testing, and environmental chamber validation. With built-in Ethernet connectivity and a web-based interface, data can be accessed remotely without dedicated software, making the WebDAQ well suited for both lab and field-based automotive testing programs.

Our non-commissioned Technical Sales Representatives are available by chat, email, or phone to help you determine the right configuration for your test application. MicroDAQ also provides ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration services for temperature from -70°C to 660°C and DC voltage from 0.8 mV to 1,020 V to support your traceability requirements.
