MicroDAQ operates an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited calibration laboratory, providing traceable calibration services for temperature, humidity, DC voltage, and DC current measurement equipment. Our accreditation is granted by Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. (PJLA) and confirms that our laboratory meets the highest international standard for calibration competence and measurement reliability — the same standard required by pharmaceutical, food and beverage, medical device, aerospace, and research organizations worldwide.
All calibrations are performed using test equipment traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST). Each calibrated device is returned with a calibration certificate listing as-found and as-left readings at all calibration points, along with a calibration sticker affixed to the device. Our certificates provide the documentation required to support compliance with USDA, EPA, FDA, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice), GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice), VFC (Vaccines for Children), and other quality standards.
Accredited Calibration Capabilities
Statements of compliance (Pass/Fail or In Tolerance/Out of Tolerance) are based strictly on manufacturer tolerances with no addition or subtraction for measurement uncertainty. Turnaround Time
Standard calibration turnaround is typically 5–10 business days from receipt of equipment. Expedited calibration service (1–2 business days) is available on a limited basis — please contact us prior to shipping to confirm availability before sending your equipment.
Calibrating Equipment not Purchased from MicroDAQ
Our calibration lab can service equipment from any manufacturer, provided it falls within our accredited scope of calibration. If you have equipment that was not purchased from MicroDAQ and would like to inquire about calibration services, please contact us and a member of our team will be happy to assist you.
