Are these loggers rated for use in saltwater?

Yes. The logger housing is constructed from PVC with passivated 316 stainless steel hardware, and all wetted materials are rated for use in saltwater environments. The CTD and CT sensors also use passivated 316 stainless steel housings with Viton and Buna-N O-rings suitable for saltwater use.
