Can the probe be used in a liquid? I need to document spraying water temperature.

This particular logger shouldn’t be used in liquid. For your application we would recommend using a logger that uses a stainless-steel probe. Even with these devices only the stainless-steel portion of the probe should be exposed to or submerged in water.
