How is data downloaded from the logger?

Data is downloaded wirelessly via Bluetooth using the HOBOconnect app on a compatible mobile device or Windows computer. For the MX801, the logger must be retrieved from the water to be within Bluetooth range. For the MX802, data can be offloaded without removing the sensor from the water, since the logger remains above the surface.
