How much data can be displayed on-screen. Say I don't have a computer around. I set it to measure every 15 minutes. I get home at the end of the day, how many hours back can I see?

The display allows you to scroll through all recorded data but only in graph form. The only actual data it will show is current reading, logging summery information, sample rate, and memory used.
