How would this work to record refrigerator internal temperatures?

You could use this logger to record temperatures inside a refrigerator but if you are looking to monitor the temperature inside the fridge then we would recommend using a logger with an external sensor so you can mount the logger outside the fridge and run the sensor inside it.  This would allow you to easily see and review the current temperature as well as the high and low information without having to open the fridge door.  If you are planning on using this for monitoring vaccines we would suggest looking at our vaccine monitoring kits which can be found under “applications” on the menu at the top of each webpage.
