We are looking for a device which will automatically generate a weekly ambient temperature report to be sent out by email? Do your devices do that? thx.

This particular device can be programed to send you a daily report showing any alarm events that happened but none will automatically send out a weekly report automatically. This, and most other cloud connected devices can generate and export daily, weekly, monthly, etc. reports that can be saved and/or sent by email but they have to be manually created. Creating the reports only take a few minutes and involve setting your date ranges.
