Which CTD model should I choose for my application?

Choose based on the maximum water depth you need to monitor: the CTD-04 (0–13 ft) is designed for very shallow water such as marshes and tidal flats; the CTD-01 (0–30 ft) suits shallow streams, wetlands, and tidal zones; the CTD-02 (0–100 ft) is ideal for rivers, lakes, and medium-depth wells; and the CTD-03 (0–251 ft) is designed for deep wells, boreholes, and large reservoirs. Selecting a sensor with the smallest range that covers your application will give you the best depth resolution and accuracy.
