Would like to get information on if this has a compatible app? Didn't see anything listed about how to connect to wifi of your choice with this? Is there any type of subscription fee? How often does it refresh to test the temp?

This device is set up using an app.  Once set up it sends out alerts via email over your WIFI network.  The device does not record temperature nor can you view the temp or humidity information on the device or the app.   It monitors continuously and sends out an alert email if the alarm conditions are met.
