The Leaf Thermocouple with Fiberglass Leads is a fast-response surface temperature sensor designed for accurate monitoring of nozzle heaters, band heaters, molds, and other industrial heating applications. The sensing junction is mounted on a durable stainless steel leaf measuring 0.5" x 1", allowing it to be welded, soldered, or secured beneath banding for reliable surface contact. It comes standard with 72-inch fiberglass-insulated leads that provide flexibility and durability in elevated-temperature environments. Available in Type K, T, J, and N thermocouple calibrations with a grounded junction, this sensor offers dependable performance over a temperature range of -22°F to 660°F (-30°C to 350°C).
