The Leaf Thermocouple with Fiberglass Leads and Mini Connector is a fast-response surface temperature sensor designed for applications such as nozzle heaters, band heaters, and other equipment requiring accurate contact temperature measurements. The sensing element is mounted on a durable stainless-steel leaf shim measuring 0.5" x 1", allowing it to be welded, soldered, or secured under banding. It features 72-inch fiberglass-insulated leads terminated with a miniature thermocouple connector for quick and reliable instrument connections. Available in Type K, T, J, and N configurations with a grounded junction, it operates over a temperature range of -22°F to 660°F (-30°C to 350°C).
