Overview of the HOBO™ U12-015 Temperature Data Logger
The Li-Cor HOBO™ U12-015 is a rugged stainless steel temperature logger that is perfect for food, pharmaceutical, autoclave, and any other application where high-accuracy is critical. Featuring a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C (-40°F to 257°F) and a food-grade stainless steel housing, the U12-015 data logger can withstand process conditions from pasteurization to flash freezing and washdown. The rugged stainless-steel case allows it to be used in high temperature applications as well work well deep-water temperature monitoring. The data logger is configured, and data viewed using either the free HOBOware or HOBOware Pro software and connects to your PC or Mac using a USB cable. The U12-015 data logger has a factory replaceable battery and has a typical battery life of 3 years.
