Overview of the Monarch Track-It 5396-0105 Rugged Temperature Data Logger
The Monarch Instruments Track-It Rugged Temperature logger is a fully submersible, battery-powered, stand-alone compact data logger that can store up to 32k data readings. Housed in a rugged 316L stainless steel case the 5396-0105 can measure a wide range of temperatures from -40°C to +125°C (-40°F to +257°F). This is the logger of choice for logging in strenuous environments that may include moisture, corrosion, and submersion. Configuration is done using the free Track-It PC software which automatically identifies the data logger when connected to your PC via a USB cable. The logger can be configured to start or stop recording immediately, at a predetermined time or date, or only when a programable alarm condition is sensed. The sample rate is programable and can set from every two seconds up to once per 24 hours. The onboard data is stored in non-volatile memory so there is no risk of data loss even in the event of a depleted battery.
