Overview of the Reed Instruments R2330 Infrared (IR) Thermometer
The Reed R2330 Infrared (IR) Thermometer with a 50:1 distance to spot ratio. The R2330 can measure temperature in the range of -26°F to +2282°F (-32°C to 1250°C) and has a basic accuracy of +/-1.8% of the reading. The 50:1 distance to spot ratio allows the device to accurately measure smaller areas from a greater distance. Additionally, this thermometer can track maximum, minimum, average, and differential readings. The bright color display makes it easy to view temperature information in both sunlight and dimly lit environments and tri-color LEDs quickly indicate when temperatures are within set parameters. The R2330 is the tool of choice for verifying the temperature of mechanical or electrical equipment, calibrating and controlling of heaters and ovens, monitoring materials in processes involving heating/cooling, automotive diagnostics, and research and development applications.
