Overview of the Lascar EL-USB-5+ Event, State Change, & Pulse Count Data Logger
The Lascar EL-USB-5+ is a standalone USB for counting events, state changes, and count pules. The logger comes with an endcap that has integrated screw terminals for connecting the included measuring leads with crocodile clips. The EL-USB-5+ can record and store over 1 million events, state changes, or event counts. The logger features fast logging rates that allow event capturing at a speeds up to four times per second and state changes as speeds of up to twice per second. Event counting can operate as fast as 100 times per second (with the LED’s disabled). The free and easy to use EasyLog USB software allows you to quickly configure the loggers and view downloaded data. The EL-USB-5+ can be used with any device or equipment that has a pulse output of 3 to 28V DC. Some applications include monitoring runtime on equipment or counting events such as an automatic door opening. The EL-USB-5+ is the perfect choice for a wide range of usage monitoring applications.
